Refund policy

Every Kindred Bough ornament is printed to order with your family's names, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for spelling entered at checkout.

Damaged or misprinted? If your ornament arrives damaged, defective or printed differently from your order, message us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Typos: contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll correct it before it goes into production.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your ornament is already in production.

Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
