How many names fit?
Up to 6 names fit best. Longer lists still print, the text just gets smaller, so first names or nicknames work best for big families.
Can I include pets?
Of course. Add them to the names line like anyone else.
What size is the ornament?
2.76 inches (about 7 cm) round, 1/8 inch thick glossy ceramic, printed on one side, with a gold-toned hanging string.
Can I see my design before it prints?
Yes. Click Personalize: add your names on any ornament to type your names and see a live preview before you add it to your cart.
When will my order arrive?
Each ornament is printed to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard US shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What's the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Earlier is always safer in December.
What if I make a typo?
Message us through our Contact page within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it prints.
What if my ornament arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.
